Meet the Speaker
Dr. Tahir Habib Cheema is a strategic leader, Fulbright Scholar, and practitioner-academic with more than 20 years of experience in public policy, international trade, business, investment, and government administration.
He currently serves as Chief, Administration and Finance, at the Federal Board of Revenue and has also held senior roles in the Prime Minister's Office.

Meet the Speaker
David D'Angelo has worked with hundreds of university-based hard-tech startups through VentureWell, including ventures affiliated with MIT, Stanford, Princeton, Northwestern, and Johns Hopkins. He helped founders become investment-ready and develop pathways to commercialization.
He subsequently spent five years in go-to-market roles at venture-backed B2B technology companies, working across enterprise sales, partnerships, and B2B marketing.
In 2026, he founded Executive Media Network, a U.S.-based B2B podcast and thought-leadership company that has placed more than 1,000 senior executives on business and leadership podcasts.
His earlier experience includes entrepreneurship in Nepal and a Virtual Foreign Service internship supporting Cultural and Educational Affairs at the U.S. Embassy in Kathmandu.
