Microsoft - Exams

Microsoft exam can be taken at Pearson VUE authorized test center. In Pakistan candidates can register to take their Microsoft exam at the USEFP test centers where we provide the best environment and testing services to our candidates.

ID Policy:

For Cisco exam the examinee must present 2 forms of IDs that should be government issued, valid, contain signature and photo and be in English language. Acceptable IDs include Passport and SMART CNIC.

NOTE: It is very important that the name which you register with exactly matches the name appearing on your ID. If there are any name discrepancies, then you would be asked for other valid IDs. Even then, if the name on your presented IDs does not match your registered name, you will be turned away.

Test Availability:

At USEFP Testing Centers Pearson VUE, Microsoft is offered four days a week from Monday till Thursday, throughout the Year.

Exam Fee:

Rescheduling/Cancellation of Exam:

To create a Microsoft Certification profile, sign-in to Microsoft Learning using a Microsoft Account or MSA and complete the form. (NOTE: The name on your Microsoft Certification profile must exactly match the name that appears on the government issued ID you will present to enter the exam.)

Before you schedule, or access, a Microsoft certification exam be sure you are logged into your Microsoft certification dashboard using the email associated with your Microsoft Certification profile.

If you have trouble accessing your Microsoft certification dashboard while scheduling, or accessing, a certification exam please contact Microsoft Certification Support and a support moderator will assist within 24 hours.

Candidates are not charged a fee if they reschedule or cancel their appointment at least 6 business days prior to the current appointment. Candidates are charged a 12.5 percent fee (based on the current price of the exam on Microsoft.com/learning) if reschedule or cancel their appointment between 1 to, 5 business days prior to the current appointment. Candidates forfeit their entire exam fee if they fail to show up for their appointment or do not reschedule or cancel their appointment at least 1 business day prior to the current appointment.

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

Candidates may reschedule or cancel their appointments by contacting the Pearson Vue call center or accessing the Microsoft Learning website and choosing the reschedule action.

Please note:

If you do not know the username or password for your Microsoft Certification profile, please do not created another profile. Doing so could delay your certification. If you already have multiple profiles that need to be merged, please contact Microsoft Certification Support and a support moderator will assist within 24 hours.

Score Reports:

Candidate can view his or her scores right after the exam. Results will appear on screen. To get a printout candidate receives a pass or fail score report and sectional scoring information. Candidates can go to their Microsoft dashboard to view and print their score report if a score report does not print or if they want a duplicate score report.

Disability Services:

Candidates must submit requests for accommodations to Pearson VUE, and all requests must be approved before the exam appointment.
